At LINK TAO, we operate under a core principle: security, transparency, and clarity in every transaction involving the purchase and sale of digital assets. We recognize the importance of establishing clear guidelines to provide users with confidence in the event that a refund evaluation is necessary.

This policy aims to guide users through the refund request process and clearly establish the conditions under which such a request may be applicable.

When can a refund be requested?

A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  • The error in the transaction was caused by LINK TAO, not the user.
  • The customer correctly provided their wallet address at the time of purchase.
  • The digital assets were sent to a different address due to an operational failure confirmed by our system.

Cases where refunds do not apply

As a general rule, refunds will not be processed if:

  • The wallet address entered by the user was incorrect, incomplete, or invalid.
  • The digital assets were successfully delivered according to the information provided by the customer, even if the error was on the user’s part.
  • There is no verifiable technical documentation or evidence of the incident.

Procedure to request a review

For a case to be evaluated, the user must send an email to contacto@link-tao.com including without exception the following:

  • Registered email address.
  • Transaction number or receipt issued by the platform.
  • Detailed description of the incident.
  • Evidence supporting the error (screenshots, logs, etc.).

Internal analysis and resolution

Once the request is complete and validated by the support team:

  • A technical verification process will be initiated.
  • If it is determined that the error was attributable to LINK TAO, the corresponding refund will be authorized.
  • The user will receive notifications regarding the progress of their case.
  • If applicable, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
  • The refund amount will be calculated in USD (United States Dollar), at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the original transaction.

LINK TAO reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not strictly meet the defined criteria.
