LINK TAO owns and operates the website located at https://link-tao.com/ (the “Site”), whose servers are located in the United Mexican States. By accessing or using the Site pages, you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and confirm that you are of legal age, at least 18 years old. This Agreement contains disclaimers and other provisions that limit our liability toward you. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not enter or use this Site, as these Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement and create a binding contract between you and the Operators of LINK TAO.

LINK TAO may periodically modify the terms of use, so we ask you to review this notice regularly, as your use of the Site will be understood as acceptance of such modifications. Definitions

Platform: The Site https://link-tao.com/ and the Services offered by LINK TAO that facilitate the purchase and sale of virtual assets, as well as obtaining rewards from them. Primarily, it is an exchange system connecting Registered User transactions with available offers.
Virtual Assets: Based on Article 58 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions, a virtual asset is an electronically registered value representation used among the public as a means of payment for all kinds of legal acts.
LINK TAO Account: A virtual account where Users register their use of LINK TAO Services, transactions, exchange of Virtual Assets, and basic information.
Services: Exchange Service, allowing the purchase of digital assets through LINK TAO.
Registered User: A natural or legal person duly registered and associated with a LINK TAO Account as established by these Terms and Conditions of use of the Platform.

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions establish the rules for use, interpretations, declarations, consent letters, and other contents of the LINK TAO Site, which you must accept to use both the Platform and your LINK TAO account.

Registration

To obtain the benefits of the Platform and the Services of LINK TAO, Users must apply for a LINK TAO account at https://link-tao.com/esp/registro.php. When registering for a LINK TAO Account, you must provide information that will be processed according to our Privacy Notice. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening a LINK TAO account and agree to timely update any information you provide to maintain its integrity and accuracy. Each User may maintain only one primary account at a time. The registration, use, protection, and management of business accounts are equally governed by the provisions of this Clause.

Eligibility

By registering to use a LINK TAO Account, you represent and warrant that:

You are a natural person, at least 18 years old, or have the legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law;
As a natural person, legal entity, or other organization, you have full legal capacity and sufficient authorization to accept these Conditions;
You have not previously been suspended or removed from using the LINK TAO Platform or Services;
You do not have an active LINK TAO Account;
You are not a resident, located, or otherwise attempting to access the LINK TAO Platform or Services from, nor acting on behalf of a person or entity located in, a Restricted Location;
If acting as an employee or representative of a legal entity and accepting these Conditions on its behalf, you have all rights and authorizations necessary to bind the legal entity and access and use the Platform and Services on its behalf; and
Your use of the Platform and Services will not violate any applicable laws or regulations, such as anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and anti-terrorism financing regulations.

User Identity Verification By registering your LINK TAO Account, you agree to provide the personal information necessary for identity verification.

This information will be used to verify User identity, detect traces of money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, and other financial crimes through LINK TAO, or for other legitimate purposes established by LINK TAO. We will collect, use, and share information according to our Privacy Policy. By providing this information, you permit us to retain it during the period your account is active and for five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with global industry data retention standards. You also authorize us to conduct necessary investigations, directly or through third parties, to verify your identity or protect you and/or us from financial crimes, such as fraud. The information required may include, by way of example, your name, email address, contact information, phone number, username, government-issued ID, date of birth, and other information collected during account registration. By providing the information, you confirm it is true and accurate.

After registration, you must ensure the information remains truthful, complete, and updated timely when modified. If there is reason to believe the information provided is incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete, LINK TAO reserves the right to notify you to request correction, directly delete relevant information, and, as appropriate, terminate all or part of the services provided. If we cannot contact you with the information you provided, you will be fully responsible for any loss or expense caused to LINK TAO during service use. You acknowledge and agree to your obligation to update all information if changes occur. By registering, you authorize LINK TAO to conduct investigations it deems necessary, either directly or through third parties, to verify your identity or protect you, other users, and/or LINK TAO from fraud or financial crimes, and to take necessary actions based on the investigation results. You also acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be disclosed to credit and fraud prevention agencies in response to our investigations.

Account Use

Only the Registered User may use the LINK TAO account. LINK TAO reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel the use of accounts by persons other than the registered user. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password, you must notify LINK TAO immediately. LINK TAO assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Account by you or any third party with or without your authorization.

Account Security

LINK TAO is committed to maintaining the security of funds entrusted by the Registered User and has implemented industry-standard protections for the Services. However, the actions of individual Registered Users may pose risks. You agree to treat your access credentials (such as username and password) as confidential and not disclose them to third parties. You also agree to be solely responsible for taking necessary security measures to protect your Account and personal information.

You must be solely responsible for safeguarding your LINK TAO account and password, as well as all transactions under your account. LINK TAO assumes no responsibility for any loss or consequences caused by authorized or unauthorized use of your account credentials, including but not limited to information disclosure, consent, clicking through various rules and agreements on the website, online renewal agreements, etc.

By creating a LINK TAO account, you agree to:

Strictly comply with all LINK TAO mechanisms or procedures regarding security, authentication, trading, collection, and withdrawal;
Take appropriate measures to log out of LINK TAO at the end of each visit; and
Notify LINK TAO immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account and password or any other security breach.

Restrictions

By using LINK TAO Services, you agree and commit to comply with the following:

All activities during the use of LINK TAO Services must comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Conditions, and Platform guidelines;
Your use of the Services must not be contrary to public interests, public morals, or the legitimate interests of others, including actions that interfere, disrupt, negatively affect, or prohibit other Users from using the Services;
You will not use the services for market manipulation (such as pump and dump schemes, wash trading, self-transactions, front-running, quote stuffing, spoofing, layering), whether or not prohibited by law;
Without written consent from LINK TAO, the following commercial uses of LINK TAO data are prohibited:
- Trading services using LINK TAO quotes or market bulletin information.
- Data feeding or broadcasting services using any LINK TAO market data.
- Any other websites/apps/services charging or profiting (including through advertising or referral fees) from market data obtained from LINK TAO.
Without prior written consent from LINK TAO, you may not modify, replicate, duplicate, copy, download, store, transmit, broadcast, transfer, dismantle, publish, remove or alter any copyright statement or label, or license, sublicense, sell, duplicate, design, rent, lease, tag, grant real rights of guarantee over properties or any part thereof, or create derivative works or otherwise exploit any part of the properties.

By accessing LINK TAO Services, you agree that LINK TAO has the right to investigate any breach of these Conditions, unilaterally determine if you have breached these Conditions, and take actions under relevant regulations without your consent or prior notice, including but not limited to:

Blocking and closing order requests;
Freezing your LINK TAO Account;
Reporting the incident to the relevant authorities;
Publishing alleged breaches and actions taken;
Removing published information deemed to be a breach.

Legal and Geographic Restrictions

Legal requirements in various countries may limit the products and services LINK TAO may legally offer. As a result, some products, services, and features of the Platform may not be available or may be restricted in some jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Platform and Services and understand that your use is entirely at your own risk.
